From the North, East & London regions:

  1. Travelling on the M3 southbound, follow signs for Southampton.
  2. Merge onto the M27 and follow the signs for the M27 West.
  3. Leave the M27 at Junction 3 and at the roundabout take the 1st exit signed M271 toward Southampton/The Docks.
  4. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A33 slip road to City Centre/Docks/A35.
  5. Merge onto Redbridge Rd/A33, Keep right to stay on Redbridge Rd/A33.
  6.  Keep right to continue on Mountbatten Way/A33, drive to Town Quay/A33.
  7.  Drive past Town Quay, keep right and take the first right onto Cunard Road at the traffic lights signposted ‘Triangle Car Park’.
  8. Take a right into the Triangle Car Park.

From the West:

  1. From the end of the A31 Poole & Bournemouth follow road through the New Forest to join the M27.
  2. Leave the M27 at Junction 3 and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit signed M271 toward Southampton/ The Docks.
  3. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A33 slip road to City centre/Docks/A35.
  4. Merge onto Redbridge Rd/A33, Keep right to stay on Redbridge Rd/A33.
  5. Keep right to continue on Mountbatten Way/A33, drive to Town Quay/A33.
  6. Drive past Town Quay, keep right and take the first right onto Cunard Road at the traffic lights signposted ‘Triangle Car Park’.
  7. Take a right into the Triangle Car Park.

Arrival instructions

  1. Drive into the car park, your vehicle registration will be automatically recognised by ANPR.
  2. Park in any available space and keep your keys with you at all times.
  3. Once parked, call Radio Taxis on 02380 666666 using the mobile number on your booking. This allows the system to locate your booking and dispatch your taxi, the transfer cost is included.
  4. If you cannot call from the original booking number, follow the IVR options to speak to an operator. Inform them you have a pre-booked cruise transfer and provide your surname and original mobile number.
  5. Stays are managed using Automatic Number Plate Recognition. Please ensure your vehicle registration is entered correctly on your booking and updated if it changes to avoid any additional charges.

Return instructions

  1. Once you have collected your luggage, call the number shown on your confirmation email. Quote your surname, booking reference and vehicle registration number.
  2. Your return vehicle will be dispatched immediately.
  3. You will receive a text message confirming the registration number of the vehicle collecting you from outside the terminal.
  4. This return transfer is included in the price of your parking.
  5. You will be taken back to Triangle Car Park to collect your car and continue your journey.
  6. The ANPR system will recognise your vehicle registration and allow you to exit the car park automatically.

Transfer service

  • This car park operates a taxi transfer service, not a bus. Transfers are included in the price of your parking

Booking details

  • A valid mobile number must be provided on your booking. Please ensure your cruise number is entered correctly at the time of booking.

Security

The car park is owned and operated by Red Funnel. This service provides fully insured transfer drivers, the car park is located within the Port of Southampton and is monitoned 24/7 with CCTV.

Transfer details

Private Taxi transfer for up to 4 passengers with 1 large suitcase & 1 small suitcase per person is included and takes just 4 minutes to any Southampton Cruise Terminal. Please note that if you arrive exceeding the luggage allowance advised then an additional taxi will need to be purchased. 

Vehicle restrictions

  • Vehicles must not exceed 5.5 metres in length

  • Maximum vehicle height is 2.10 metres

  • Vehicles exceeding these limits cannot be accepted at this car park

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
